This report would be very similar to the Current Student Information by Major report, but displays all students who are eligible to register, not just the students who are registered for the quarter that is active at the time the report is run.

For example, running the Current Student Information report in Summer Quarter shows the students registered in summer. Many users want to see students who will or can return in Autumn.
